THE TRUE COST OF COALpatches are images sampled from the Beehive's BRAND NEW narrative graphic, "The True Cost of Coal!" The patches in this section feature beautiful crops and close-ups from this powerful organizing tool used to fight Mountain Top Removal Coal Mining and natural resource extraction in Appalachia and beyond.

ANTI-GLOBALIZATION patches are images selected from our FTTA, Plan Colombia, and Latin American Solidarity campaigns. These patches feature visual representations of the constant struggle to resist monoculture, militarization in the Americas, and corporate colonization.

The images in this section focus on the repercussions of genetic engineering within our enviornment- including the fatal allergy the Monch Butterly caterpillar has to Genetically modified corn.
